At Eternal Memories we like to think we are very fair with our policies.
GENERAL
When ordering products from Eternal Memeories it is understood that you have read our terms and conditions thoroughly and agree to all sections. If there is anything that you don’t agree with or don’t understand please email us on the email above. If any issues should arise Eternal Memories reserves the right to refer customers back to this page.
ORDERS
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, this is where the contact between Eternal Memories and yourself starts.
- Full payment must be made at time of ordering.
- Please ensure you order the correct sizes when it comes to rings and chains as they are ordered in from when your order is placed. Ring measurers are available to purchase. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you order the correct size ring, orders cannot be changed once processed.
- We pride ourselves in making your products to a high standard and make every effort to make your resin keepsakes perfect, some surface bubbles may be seen once completed due to them being handmade, these do not affect their integrity and make them even more unique.
- We will make every effort to update you each step of the way, accepting your order, order in process, order completed and order shipped.
- When your product is finished we will send you photos and a video to ensure you are happy before sending.
AMEND/CANCEL ORDER
- You have every right to cancel your order up until the point your ashes/hair arrive with us. If you have sent your ashes/hair the return postage would be taken from the amount to be refunded to return these to you.
- When placing your order you will choose your resin colour, if you would like to amend your colour please contact us on the email above as soon as possible. If your item is already in the processing stage unfortunately we will not be able to amend the colour as we are not able to remove ashes/hair from resin.
AVAILABILITY
We will do our very best to keep as many items as we can in stock at all times. Rings will be ordered in from our suppliers due to the difference in sizes. If your item is out of stock with the supplier at time of ordering you will have the right to cancel your order or wait for your product to come into stock (we will keep you updated with stock level).
ASHES/HAIR
- We will not be responsible for any Ashes/Hair lost in transit to us. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you send it with a trusted courier and choose a suitable delivery option that gives you the reassurance to track it on route if you wish to do so.
- Once we receive your ashes/hair, we at Eternal Memories will treat it respectfully and securely. Your ashes/hair will be kept with your order details at all times and any unused will be returned to you with your completed order.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING TIMESCALE

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All products come with a 1 year resin guarantee as standard. If your resin discolours or tarnishes within 1 year please contact us on the email above as soon as possible. Any refurbishments made will be free of charge although the return postage will need to be covered by the customer.

**this does not cover damage caused to the setting that the resin is in, or the chain that the pendants are on.

Eternal Memories have the right to update our terms and conditions in line with changes to the business. (marketing, payment methods, delivery etc)
